Description: The Radiation Therapist will provide high-quality patient care during therapy. Shifts are scheduled from 07:00 to 17:00. There are no weekends required. No on-call duties are expected. The role involves working with patients undergoing external beam therapy and using advanced radiation technology. Skills required include adult acute care, simulation of treatment sites, and patient/family teaching. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety protocols and managing patient care effectively. Experience with specific cancer treatments and imaging systems is necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to patient safety. The position emphasizes teamwork and interdisciplinary support within the healthcare setting.
