$500 Sign On Bonus Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Department: BT/RBT Employment Type: Full Time Location: Albuquerque Center Reporting To: Michalene Quintana Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) Location: Albuquerque Center 8300 Jefferson St. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87114 Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm RBT Sign-on Bonus: $500 (You must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus) Why Join Autism Learning Collaborative? What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress & support families. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Reliable transportation & driver’s license. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
