RN First Assistant - OR - Full Time - Days

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room RN – First Assistant to provide exceptional patient care using the nursing process. Key responsibilities Coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and supervising other caregivers. The role requires embodying the organization’s mission, values, and standards in all interactions. Qualifications A current RN license in Missouri, with a minimum of 2 years of intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse; 3+ years preferred. Certifications required within one year are BLS/ACLS and CNOR & RN-First Assistant; additional certifications like CRNFA and BSN are advantageous.
