Job Description
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Schedule

4 shifts per week, including a start date of either September 30 or October 14.

Assignment Details

Contract length will be determined based on specific assignment needs. Guaranteed hours per week will be outlined in the contract.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license required
• Previous experience in a medical surgical setting preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency in EMR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical surgical setting
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Document all patient interactions and care in compliance with facility standards
