Recruiter

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing organization in Scottsdale that is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across operational and customer-facing positions. This is an immediate contract opportunity offering $30-$35 per hour.



Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of hourly and operational roles
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Track recruiting activity and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills
