- Prepare and cook meals according to therapeutic diet specifications and facility guidelines.
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure the nutritional needs of residents are met.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor and record food temperatures to guarantee food safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow facility policies and procedures related to food service.
