This role partners closely with Enterprise FP&A to support alignment, transformation, and integration efforts following the acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, turns data into actionable insights, and communicates effectively across teams.What You'll Do:Lead monthly forecast reviews covering pipeline, bookings, revenue outlook, and plan variancesMaintain Salesforce-connected forecasting models; analyze pricing, mix, and margin driversManage full P&L forecasts, including SG&A, with functional leadersPrepare cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, including working capital metrics (DSO/DPO/DOH)Execute monthly Flash reporting and MBR/MDA materials, improving efficiency and consistencyLead the annual operating plan (budget) process across functionsCoordinate quarterly and annual outlook submissions, variance analysis, and executive commentary in partnership with Enterprise FP&APartner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Pricing teams to enhance KPI reporting and automationInvestigate trends and data discrepancies; maintain Power BI dashboards for divisional insightsSupport integration into the Fortifi operating model and scalable finance processesDrive reporting and analysis improvements using Salesforce, Power BI, and automation tools within PeopleSoftStandardize recurring FP&A processes, templates, and analytical approaches with Enterprise FP&AWho You Are:A team player enjoys solving problems and implementing solutions. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.$140,000 - $155,000 per year.
