Account Executive

Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at ShipNova, you will drive company growth by prospecting, acquiring, and expanding a diverse client base across all modes of transportation. You'll become an expert in our services, industry tools, and customer solutions, while delivering strategic pricing and innovative logistics strategies. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service and account growth, as well as travel to build and maintain strong client relationships. You'll also benefit from ongoing professional development to enhance your industry expertise.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
- Positive attitude, high level of energy, and a passion for sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, hospitality or related field preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, acquire, and expand small, medium and large clients to drive ShipNova growth
- Respond to sales inquiries and use your knowledge of the market to provide strategic pricing, offer capacity, and provide innovative solutions to our client's needs.
- Become an expert in all modes of ShipNova's service offerings, our business model, customer specific solutions, and our industry leading software and tools.
- Travel as required to new and prospective clients, conduct quarterly business reviews, and expand relationships.
- Continue to build on your logistics sales skills.
- Entertain clients to develop business through furthering relationships with key contacts
