Experienced Construction Laborer Pay: Wage based on experience and qualifications We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in construction or a related trade Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, materials, and job-site procedures Excellent workmanship with a strong attention to detail Professional appearance, attitude, and behavior — representing the company well at all times Dependable, punctual, and accountable Able to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work productively with minimal supervision Demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative Positive attitude and strong communication skills Motivated with a genuine drive for personal and professional growth Works well independently and as part of a team Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed Strong personal values, integrity, and respect for coworkers, customers, and company property Able to follow directions and read plans, blueprints, drawings, and written instructions Willing and able to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Job Responsibilities Perform site preparation and job-site cleanup Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and properly Assist skilled tradespeople and other crew members as needed Read and follow plans, blueprints, specifications, and instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements Wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other job-site personnel Take ownership of assigned work and complete tasks to a high standard Help maintain a professional and positive job-site environment Physical & Safety Requirements Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, climbing, and working outdoors Must follow all safety guidelines and procedures Must properly use required PPE and safety equipment Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license Valid auto insurance Clean background check Reliable transportation to and from job sites Construction experience and demonstrated industry knowledge Ability to work safely with hand and power tools Strong communication and teamwork skills The Right Candidate The right person for this position isn't simply looking for a paycheck.
