• Writing accurate, detailed incident reports via company software or mobile app
• De-escalating situations calmly and respectfully
• Coordinating with teammates, clients, and supervisors throughout your shift
• Maintaining company equipment — radios, vehicles, keys — to standard

What Signal brings to the table:

• $22/hour starting pay with room to grow

• Active&Fit Program: Included in employee benefit package.

• HOLO Bus Card Program (Oahu)
• Employee recognition programs

• Exclusive benefits for long-term employees
• Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership
• Opportunity to help shape the employee experience and culture of a growing Hawaii company

This isn't a job that puts you in a booth and forgets about you. Signal actively promotes from within — officers who perform move up.

What we require:

• 21 years or older (for drivers)
• High school diploma or GED
• Active Hawaii State Guard Card (non-negotiable)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (non-negotiable)
