Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized inpatient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Ensure optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive monitoring and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and updates accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and post-discharge instructions.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Active NY Registered Nurse license required.
• Previous ICU experience preferred.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• COVID vaccination verification required.
