POSITION SUMMARY

The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, directs and evaluates patient care activities in her/his assigned area of clinical expertise. The manager must lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge, and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the health‑care team to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Education : Bachelors Degree Experience : 3–5 years License : Registered Nurse Certification : BLS/CPR (American Heart Association); ACLS & PALS within 90 days Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
