Pay Rate: $17.28 per hour

Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Temporary - adjust as needed]

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Torrance. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift experience a plus)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Basic math and reading skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
