Job Summary 10K Sign on Bonus Med Surg. TeemaGroup. Full-time. In-Office | Show Low, AZ, United States. 5K of sign on will be paid out at 90 days and the other 5K at the 12 months. There is a 5K relocation bonus paid if needed, but one-year commitment if paid out. Unit Info 24 beds – MedSurg with Tele capability on all beds Adults and Peds Must be strong in Neuro and Cardiac skills 2 years of experience required ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required PALS preferred Shifts: 12 hours 36 hour guarantee EMR: Sunrise Allscripts Support staff on unit: Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 days; 1:6 nights; 1:4 peds – also based on level of acuity Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds Float to all MS units and ICU (taking MS overflow patients) Hospitalist in house 24/7 No IV team Resp Therapist 24/7 Pharmacy 24/7 Scrub color: any color except all black Scrubs not provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
