Clinical Payment Analyst

Pay Range: $39.81hr - $44.81hr Job Overview: The Clinical Contracts Analyst supports healthcare professional (HCP) payment processing and related administrative activities within a three-person team. Contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation are not core responsibilities; opportunities to learn contract-related work may be available based on interest and team needs. Key Responsibilities: Process HCP payments in accordance with established procedures, payment terms, and company requirements. Track payment milestones and maintain accurate payment and compensation information for business unit tracking and reporting. Work with internal stakeholders to resolve payment questions, clarify requirements, and confirm payments align with contract terms. Identify opportunities to improve payment tracking, reporting, and administrative processes. Manage assigned work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and ask questions or raise issues when clarification is needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and follow the policies and procedures relevant to HCP payments. Required Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team with varied responsibilities. Initiative, willingness to learn, and confidence asking questions during training and daily work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders across organizational levels and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with at least 1+ years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 3+ years of experience.
