Account SpecialistElevate your career as a Full-time Account Specialist, where you can take your sales and customer service skills to the next level. You'll be on the front lines of growing and supporting our branch key accounts, through building relationships and matching products and solutions to customer needs.This position is for our branch located at 1329 E 31st St, Hibbing, MN 55746. The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Developing and executing a sales plan in a local territory to reach and exceed sales goalsSupporting the day-to-day needs of the branch's key accountsWorking directly with key accountsGrowing and maintaining an assigned book of businessPerforming other duties as needed to ensure branch successThe following skills and qualifications are required for this position:18 years of age or olderPossess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as neededPossess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local marketExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient using Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitiesExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skillsHighly motivated, self directed and customer service orientedLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentWork independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamworkLift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbsPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. The base pay range for this position is $36,000 - 42,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
