Data Ownership Lead - Real-Time Analytics & ML

As a Senior VP in our consumer Community Banking - Operations Data Ownership group, you will be accountable for all data needs across operations product owners, aiding the technology scrum teams in data modernization and accelerating the Discovery process for Machine Learning and Intelligence operations. You will drive critical data program leveraging real-time data capabilities across operations as well as accelerate product development, drive business growth, and improve the Chase customer experience and you will be partnering with the product Analytics lead to drive increased business value through the identification of data required to support analytics outcomes. Job Responsibilities Create plans for the development and delivery of product data to support strategic business objectives, business operations, advanced analytics, and metrics and reporting. Work with key partners to drive an understanding of the data and its use within the business. Provide subject matter expertise with respect to the content and use of data in the product and associated business area. Identify the scope of critical data within their product, ensuring that the prioritized data is well-documented as to its meaning and purpose, and classified accordingly with metadata to enable its understanding and control Support the aligned Data & Analytics lead for their product by identifying data required to be integrated into analytics platforms to support analytics projects. Work closely with the Area Product Owners to scale the data ingestion and modernization process along with architecture and movement of data to the Consumer banking Data Lake. Identify data source systems across consumer banking. Develop processes and procedures to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks for data in the product, including risks related to data protection, data retention and destruction, data storage, data use, and data quality Manage the execution of tasks to comply with firm wide policies, standards, and procedures related to the integrity and protection of data in the product Develop relationships with product data delivery partners and data consumers, including leaders in the Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Control functions Manage the execution of a set of milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle with respect to data. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 6+ years of industry experience in a data-related field - Proven ability to lead program teams specifically within product strategy, data management and cloud practices. 5+ years of experience within technology engineering, AWS, cloud modernization as it relates to data analytics Subject matter expertise in business or product data or processes Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines, and ensure our product and organization is on track to meet our goals Proven ability to execute via internal partnerships Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences Structured thinker with good business acumen Bachelor’s degree required, Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Master’s degree preferred. Preferred experience with real-time data movement across Cloud. Preferred experience in Innovation- Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud native technologies. Preferred Technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture
