Job Description

What You'll Do

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Take orders and process payments using a POS system
Perform wash, dry, fold, and ironing services
Assist self-service customers with machines and questions
Keep the laundromat clean, organized and welcoming
Perform routine maintenance tasks

What We're Looking For

Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting laundry bags
Willing to learn POS systems and procedures
Previous customer service or laundry experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
