Customer Care Coordinator

- Greet every client with a warm welcome, ensuring their visit to the office is the highlight of their day.
- Serve as a point of contact via phone, email, and text, providing clear and proactive updates to clients and prospects.
- Conduct post-meeting follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure our service continues to exceed expectations.
- Handle preparing conference rooms and organizing essential documents to managing office inventory and scheduling.
- Assist with workshop coordination and administrative tasks with precision and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
