We are looking for a quick learner who can balance high-level organization with a genuine passion for five-star service. If you excel at managing moving parts while maintaining a polished, professional presence, we want to meet you.

salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet every client with a warm welcome, ensuring their visit to the office is the highlight of their day.

• Serve as a point of contact via phone, email, and text, providing clear and proactive updates to clients and prospects.

• Conduct post-meeting follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure our service continues to exceed expectations.

• Handle preparing conference rooms and organizing essential documents to managing office inventory and scheduling.

• Assist with workshop coordination and administrative tasks with precision and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
