Job Overview A law firm seeks a Finance Associate in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in secured and unsecured commercial lending, project, and structured finance. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including banks, institutional investors, and corporate borrowers, across various industries such as telecommunications, media, and technology. Duties Advise clients on commercial lending and structured finance matters. Manage senior, second lien, and subordinated financings. Handle workouts and restructurings. Coordinate working capital and leveraged acquisition financings. Oversee accounts receivable and equipment financings. Participate in project finance and loan syndications. Requirements 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience. Proficiency in commercial lending and structured finance. Experience with cross-border financings and securitization. Ability to manage multiple matters and work with cross-functional teams. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar.
