External candidates are eligible for a $2500 gross sign on bonus to be paid after 60 days and another $2500 after 180 days of continuous employment. Overview and Responsibilities We are seeking a qualified Ventilator Patient Specialist to join the Rotech team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a set number of ALS and/or Pediatric ventilation patients within a defined territory; will be the primary contact for patient, caregiver and any other entity directly involved with the patient's ventilation care. In the State of MA this position pays between $45/hr. - $50/hr. depending on related experience plus bonus opportunity.
