This is a sophisticated private equity + M&A opportunity for an associate who can take meaningful ownership of transactions from inception through closing. The work: Private equity funds, independent sponsors + portfolio companies M&A transactions from inception through closing Majority + minority equity investments Capital raises, debt + securities offerings Operating + partnership agreements General corporate + corporate governance matters The ideal candidate: 4–6 years of sophisticated corporate/M&A experience Meaningful private equity experience Experience leading substantial components of M&A transactions Texas Bar admission Strong academic credentials This is a strong opportunity for a PE/M&A associate looking for a national platform, sophisticated deal flow + meaningful responsibility in Dallas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
