Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practicing state; valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days. BSN required within four years for those with less than 12 months of experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Skills in patient care delivery, interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and patient evaluation. Physical & Additional Requirements Ability to see, read, and operate monitors; manual dexterity for equipment manipulation. Capability to lift, transfer, and transport patients and supplies, often in crowded settings. Extended standing, walking, and potential driving responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
