What You’ll Actually Do Organize: Support project managers by meticulously organizing project schedules for various commercial real estate and construction projects. Track: Monitor project progress closely and track key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Maintain: Accurately maintain and update all project documentation, ensuring information is current and accessible to all relevant parties. Coordinate: Facilitate effective communication and coordinate meetings among internal teams, external contractors, and clients.
