Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in New York. This individual will own full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. market, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify, attract, assess, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive recruiter with strong U.S. market expertise and experience hiring for corporate and go-to-market roles. 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, required. Experience recruiting for go-to-market (GTM), business development, legal, and compliance roles in the U.S. market, required. Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection experience, required. Exposure to fintech, technology, or other rapidly scaling organizations, preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, required. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, required. Highly competitive bonus potential based on performance. The salary for this role is $100K-$130K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
