To support a growing practice, the full-time Strategic Consultant will manage complex client engagements, conduct system audits, and provide strategic advisement, all while working remotely within the Pacific or Mountain Timezone. Key responsibilities Work strategically with large customers to enhance workflows and recruiting strategies Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting processes Conduct account and workflow audits, delivering detailed recommendations for improvements Required qualifications Extensive knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting Project management experience 3+ years of experience advising on talent-related functions Experience in building internal programs and process improvements Familiarity with AI tools and their application in recruiting processes
