Job Details:

• Locum Tenens opportunity providing clinic coverage as well as overnight and weekend call
• Clinic schedule 4 days per week, 8am–4pm with one hour lunch
• Call ratio is 1:4; weekend coverage runs Friday 8am through Monday 8am
• Reading anatomy scans is a required component of this position
• Must hold an active Arkansas license or IMLC with Quality Letter in hand
• Board certification required; board eligible providers considered with demonstrated competency equal to board certification requirements
• BLS, PALS, and fetal monitoring certifications required
• Expedited privileges available for providers with clean histories
• Manage low risk pregnancies with full delivery services
• Perform FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
• Perform OB ultrasounds including Level I/Screening (viability) and Level II/Targeted (anatomic) with performance and interpretation capabilities
• Perform routine deliveries including vaginal, low forceps, and decision-making for c-sections
• Handle complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations required
• Provide office and minor gynecology services including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
• Perform surgical gynecology including open procedures, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures, and operative/major procedures such as ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's
• Laser certification required
• Nearest airport is Little Rock; lodging accommodations available at local Holiday Inn Express at Lifepoint corporate rate
