Nothing Bundt Cakes #1008 in Dothan, AL is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Event Staff to join our sweet team! This is a part-time position offering 25-30 hours per week, perfect for someone who loves creating memorable experiences and connecting with customers. Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-store events and special celebrations, greet and engage customers with a warm, welcoming attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience, support cake decorating, packaging, and presentation for events and large orders, maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, process customer orders and transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management, collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
Requirements: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or event coordination preferred, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude, ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs, positive, energetic demeanor with a passion for creating great customer experiences
