Operations Specialist (Manufacturing) — Job Description Support day-to-day production by handling data, coordination, reporting, and process tracking. Responsibilities Production & reporting Track daily production output and performance Enter and maintain data in ERP/MRP systems Generate reports Quote and order outside vendor parts Prioritize and multitask across various projects to meet deadlines Process & documentation Audit production paperwork for accuracy Maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards Inventory & materials Monitor material usage and inventory levels Assist with cycle counts and audits Coordination & support Communicate between teams Help schedule production Support training on systems or procedures Skills Required Excel or data tracking skills Understanding of manufacturing workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
