Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Valve Sales Representative to join our team. This position is crafted for someone with prior experience in the valve industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building customer relationships while ensuring accuracy in quotes and orders. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and the outside sales team with technical and commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the internal point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to valves and automation.

Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and technical submittals

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and service

Work closely with vendors to source materials, confirm delivery timelines, and negotiate terms when needed

Participate in product and sales training to improve technical knowledge

Cultivate specific valve product awareness with your other inside sales colleagues.

Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring proper pricing, availability, terms, and lead times

Support outside sales representatives by generating quotes, tracking leads, and providing background research

Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Maintain accurate CRM records, order status updates, and communication logs

Assist in resolving order discrepancies, returns, or quality concerns professionally and promptly

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of inside sales experience for valves, either in an industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment, preferably with focus on mid- and downstream customers.

Strong affinity with engineering, drawings, quality management.

Relevant experience in project handling

Strong communication and customer service skills

Strong technical knowledge of Valves

Proven experience managing quotes, purchase orders, and customer interactions
