Qualifications: 2+ years of dealership finance experience is REQUIRED Strong focus on CIT REQUIRED Proven performance numbers REQUIRED A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals Excellent interpersonal communication with working knowledge of computers The California salary pay range for this position is $18,000.00 - $30,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Product and Reserve Income and Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability.
