Translate complex technical concepts into practical execution plans and product solutions, leveraging reuse where appropriate while maintaining compliance and product integrity. Demonstrate strong project leadership by establishing teams, conducting planning, managing execution, and actively mitigating technical, program, and certification risks. Hold teams accountable for delivering measurable results against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives. Assist project and program leadership in resolving engineering issues related to design, validation, integration, verification, safety, certification, closure, and field support.
