The company values its team members and demonstrates that commitment through comprehensive offeringsKey Responsibilities• Process and validate customer orders, confirm pricing and lead times, manage order changes, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate order fulfillment.• Schedule shipments, prepare shipping documentation, track deliveries, communicate shipment status, and resolve freight claims and transportation issues.• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, specifications, and general support while escalating technical issues as needed.• Provide sales representatives with inventory information, pricing, product documentation, dealer support, and assistance with promotions, product launches, and trade shows.• Keep ERP and CRM records accurate, generate reports, monitor backorders and fill rates, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce order processing errors.Requirements• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or sales support. Experience in manufacturing, building products, or hearth industry is preferred.• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume order processing with accuracy and attention to detail.• Experience working with ERP systems such as WorkWise, SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics.• Familiarity with shipping and logistics workflows, including Bills of Lading and freight coordination.• Strong communication skills for responding to dealer and sales representative inquiries.leading group training sessions • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with the ability to travel routinely within the territory Take action now!
