- Business Execution ConsultantApply**Job#: 3055958****Job Description:**Business Execution Consultant**Location:** WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (Hybrid)Role OverviewIn this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, and longer-term business challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Your contributions will aid in resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.Key Responsibilities* Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.* Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges.* Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, and procedures.* Ensure compliance requirements that meet deliverables.* Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Required Qualifications**Experience:** 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.**Technical Skills:** WordWork ScheduleThis is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week.
