Job Description

An Apple Valley, California based client is seeking an exceptional Advanced Practice Clinician to provide compassionate patient care in an outpatient medical practice. An ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, and works well in an interdisciplinary team. This clinic is a fast-paced environment and providers are responsible for medical services for all ages.

Required Qualifications

• CA medical license as PA or NP
• CA DEA certificate before start date
• Graduated from an approved PA/NP program
• Current NP or PA board certification
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages under the supervision of a physician
• Perform therapeutic procedures, including preventative care and follow up
• Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services
• Chart review and document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
