This opportunity will allow you to get the most out of your career as you develop and maintain membership for Legacy’s Wellness Program, perform and document LiveFit services with residents following company’s policy and procedures under guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director, provide personal fitness through Legacy’s LiveFit program and complete required billing and documentation, deliver LiveFit treatment plans in accordance with Legacy’s programs, develop fitness plans to improve health and meet members’ goals, provide group fitness and wellness services, meet efficiency standards set by the company, and participate in department and facility meetings.
