Horizon Home Care & Hospice is seeking a part-time Hospice Physician/Medical Director in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves providing medical services and oversight to hospice patients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with care teams. The ideal candidate must be licensed as an MD in Wisconsin and board-certified in a medical specialty.
