Position Summary Off‑Road Haul Truck Driver for the Columbia Quarry, located in Columbia, TN. Job Details Full‑Time Day Shift Location: Columbia Quarry, Columbia, TN Wages starting at $21.00/hr Job Responsibilities Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process. Perform daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management. Use effective communication skills applicable to the position. Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency. Follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures. Work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to loud noises. Work in a team environment and assist co‑workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Work overtime and extended hours as needed. Provide valid documentation for I‑9 immigration verification. Maintain a clean motor vehicle record and hold a valid driver’s license. Qualifications Dedication to safe work practices. Previous experience operating rigid‑frame haul trucks and/or articulated haul trucks. Ability to perform general laborer and clean‑up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed.
