The Transportation Analyst will assist in the coordination and research of protection policies, directives, and initiatives. The employee will communicate effectively, be an excellent writer, and be able to manage high-level multitasking challenges. The responsibilities include collecting, compiling, and analyzing system data; identifying vulnerabilities; and preparing clear, actionable reports and recommendations. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills are essential. The Analyst must be able to articulate technical issues to clients and colleagues, deliver formal presentations, and produce written reports. Primary clients include organizations within the Department of War (DoW).Essential Functions:Develop and enhance mission assurance program transportation assessment criteria based on mission requirements and collect capability data prior to, during, and after the mission assurance assessment process.Review applicable mission data, plans, instructions, and commander's guidance to help determine the criticality of specific assets, identify single points of failure and degradation to tenant, installation, Navy, and DoW missions.
