Training Specialist at Benchmark International Tampa, FL

Training Specialist Benchmark International is looking for a Training Specialist to add to our growing team in Tampa, FL. Job Responsibilities Identify training needs and requirements of individuals and organizations. Assist in setting learning objectives. Deliver effective training programs. Monitor training programs to ensure they are current and effective. Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc. Keep attendance and other training records. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. Monitor employee performance and response to training. As a Specialist, you must be highly energetic and passionate, have a positive and motivated 'can do' attitude, and possess excellent verbal and written communication, analytic, mathematical, interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities. Specific Qualifications Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role. Experience in delivering company process training programs. Ability to conduct various types of training (on-the-job, in-group, etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques. Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint). Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Compensation This position will receive an annual salary in the range of $50,000 - $65,000.
