Urdu Music and Lyrics Evaluator for AI Models

Join a music evaluation project partnered with a leading AI research lab and assess generative music models. You will listen to AI-produced songs and lyrics in Urdu and English, rate them against detailed quality standards, and identify similarities to published material.

• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs to identify similarities
• Rate lyrics on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality
• Evaluate how natural lyrics sound, including word choice, slang, and regional expressions
• Work across a wide range of genres and apply detailed quality criteria to each sample

• Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu, and ability to follow detailed written instructions in English
• Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist, with knowledge of the Urdu music scene
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening
• Nice to have, but not required: formal training in music performance, theory, or composition
• Nice to have, but not required: credited or published songwriting work
• Nice to have, but not required: broad familiarity with contemporary Urdu genres, sub-genres, and artists

• Employment type: hourly

• Duration: up to 6 months
• Commitment: flexible; most experts work around 20 hours per week, there is no cap on hours

Hourly rate between 14 and 42 per hour

• Fluency requirement: native or near-native Urdu required, comfortable reading and following instructions in English
• Equipment requirement: headphones or studio monitors appropriate for critical listening
