Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusions of IVIG, blood products, and electrolyte replacements.
• Perform chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration, including lymphodepleting chemotherapy.
• Provide oversight for cellular procedures after required training is completed.
• Manage high patient volumes and acuities with a proactive and caring approach.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and provide compassionate care.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital BMT Oncology RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Certification.
• Preferred experience in oncology, hematology, and transplant cellular therapy.
• Competent in IV placement and experience with immunocompromised patients.
• Experience in the administration of blood products, antibiotics, and IVIG.
