Mobile HVAC Engineer
Our client, a leader in facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple site operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: Mansfield, MA Pay Rate: $45-50/hr
What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple sites.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Travel between various facilities ensuring proper functioning of systems.
- Monitor and record system readings, calibrate equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA Universal preferred.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Valid driver's license.
