In this essential role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by coordinating drivers and ensuring passengers receive prompt, reliable service. - 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Dispatching, scheduling, or transportation experience is a plus
