Associate, Capital Raising & Investor Relations

TG Capital Management LLC is an alternative asset management firm specializing in managing a debt and equity fund. Our primary strategy focuses on selling short-dated credit protection on high-yield and distressed companies. We are seeking a motivated Associate to lead our Capital Raising and Investor Relations efforts from our Midtown Manhattan office. Role Overview This is a full-time, onsite position for an investor relations professional. The Associate will play a key role in driving capital raising initiatives and managing investor relationships. Responsibilities include: Leading investor communications and relationship management with prospective and current investors Supporting fundraising efforts and strategic investor engagement Preparing and maintaining investor materials, including pitchbooks, quarterly letters, DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs Managing CRM systems, contact lists, and industry databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Collaborating with internal team to align investor messaging with firm strategy Qualifications Minimum 3 years of client service or investor relations experience within financial services Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective investor engagement Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Solid understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and alternative investments Familiarity with digital content platforms and marketing analytics tools High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Compensation is base pay ($100k), health benefits plus a bonus tied to fundraising achievements #J-18808-Ljbffr TG Capital Management LLC
