Requirements

Licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist in North Dakota
Certification in nitrous oxide administration
Dental Hygienist degree from an accredited program
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and infection prevention protocols
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Job Description

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, maintaining compliance with infection control standards
Manage patient records, documentation, and coding, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans and oral hygiene procedures
Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care
Educate patients on best practices for oral health
Maintain a clean and organized operatory
Use dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft) for patient management and record keeping
