What You'll Own in This Role
• Be the standard for cleanliness and curb appeal across grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings, including the pool deck, fitness center, business center, and playgrounds
• Serve as the community's first line of awareness, spotting and reporting concerns before they become problems
• Bring professionalism and positivity to every interaction, every single day
• Take safety seriously and hold the community to the highest standards
• Wow residents with customer service that goes above and beyond
• Embrace company values and bring your best self to work, while growing your skills along the way

What You Bring to the Table
Education
• High school diploma or GED required

Experience
• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your time and work independently

Skills and Certifications
• Valid Driver's License required
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
