Clinic Supervisor Full Time Management Carmel, Carmel, IN, US Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and capable Clinic Supervisor to serve as a working manager and oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinic located in Carmel, IN. This clinic is focused on interventional pain management and physical therapy. Your duties will include optimizing patient care and enhancing employee engagement by proactively identifying areas of improvement and working alongside your team to quickly develop impactful solutions. Critical thinking, active communication, and collaboration with management peers, physicians, and staff are essential for success. To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managerial abilities, ensuring high level of patient care and employee engagement. Outstanding clinic managers proactively address issues preventing the clinic from running smoothly. Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and mentoring staff are a necessity. Job Duties Manages and assists all activities of a medical office, including patient arrival, registration, and checkout. Patient phone calls and scheduling. Electronic chart preparation, pre‑certification, and benefits. Surgery and hospital charge capture. Maintaining MD schedule and patient scheduling templates. Maintaining and enhancing referring MD and hospital relationships. Proficient in all office functions and fills in as necessary. Develops, utilizes, and builds relationships with physicians and office staff. Manages employee relations, including staffing, payroll, performance, and employee training and development. Liaison between patients, physicians, allied health, staff, and administration. Provides insight and direction to GCBS teams to improve operating performance and efficiency. Facilitates interdepartmental collaboration and cooperation between other Goodman Campbell clinics. Attends monthly management meetings and responds to other meetings and committees as required. Analyzes clinic data and collaborates with the Director of Operations as needed. Maintains compliance with all OIG, OSHA, HIPAA, EEOC, and other regulatory guidelines. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that prevent the clinic from running smoothly. Exercise initiative, sound judgment, and problem‑solving techniques. Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, and the public. Plan, organize, and supervise. Collaborate and communicate clearly. Respect organizational policies, procedures, systems, and objectives. Knowledge of healthcare administration systems. Knowledge of governmental regulations and compliance requirements. Use Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems. Education and Experience Preferred Education: A.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare administration.
