To drive team success and enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Senior Solutions Manager Field Service will oversee daily operations of regional service teams, ensuring efficient support of products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of service professionals, promoting collaboration and accountability Ensure exceptional customer service performance by managing daily service operations and resolving support requests efficiently Oversee supplier management processes, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and compliance with contractual obligations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical service or support environment At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a service-related field Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendors effectively Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
