Economic Adjunct Instructor
The Social and Behavioral Science Department is seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic individual to join our faculty as an Economic Adjunct Instructor at our community college. Responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate courses in economics, providing students with a solid foundation in economic principles, theories, and concepts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for economics with students from diverse backgrounds.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics or a closely related field.
- 2-3 years college teaching experience, community college preferred.
- Strong knowledge of economic theories, principles, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with students.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning management systems.
- Commitment to student success, academic excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related field.
